Aleenta Phuket Unveils New Grand Deluxe Pool Villas

  • Written by Annie Lyons

Leading luxury boutique resort Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa in Phang Nga, Thailand has added the final touches to its extensive remodelling as it unveils 34 exclusive Grand Deluxe Pool Villas.

The newly built pool villas, launched this week, fully embrace the resort's famed 'Outdoor Living-In' philosophy in spacious cloistered, 141-square metre environments set back from the beach in tranquil garden settings.

Each villa features an eight-metre pool and an ability to completely open up the side of the villa so guests can move seamlessly between the outdoor and indoor spaces in total privacy.

Other highlights include a luxurious outdoor bath, gloriously spacious outdoor living area and a private day bed. In-room features include natural cotton bathrobes and slippers, the latest generation large screen LCD smart TV with Cable and 450 thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets.

The extensive remodelling of Aleenta Phuket began last year with the unveiling of a stunning beach front 40-metre infinity pool, a fine dining water front restaurant - The Edge and a children's club to cater to the young families who have become Aleenta's loyal guests.

Later in the year the resort opened Ayurah Wellness Centre, which features treatments by UK-celebrity beauty practitioner Linda Meredith, and now with the Grand Deluxe Pool Villa sanctuaries added, the USD 8.5 million project is complete.

"I am delighted with the way Aleenta Phuket has grown. We have listened to our guests and I hope we are now able to offer them an even more fulfilling, personalised holiday on the shores of Natai Beach.

"We are blessed that Phang Nga remains a tranquil and stylish environment, just 20 minutes travel north of Phuket International Airport, where many well-to-do people have built homes. In many ways, the area is developing into the "Hamptons of Phuket."

The new accommodation will also now allow Aleenta Phuket to cater to larger weddings and celebrations of up to 200 people. Starting rates in the Grand Deluxe Pool Villas are THB 8899 / approx. AUD 355* per villa per night for two people (including service charge and VAT)

*Based on exchange rate as at 1 September 2015
